| As many of you know, I have been directing Happiness Is Scrapbooking Educational seminars for the past 9 years. I always thought it would be so much fun to do a cruise so I was excited and honored when Murdock/Morris Travel ask me to help with this cruise. I want to extend a special invitation to all of you to come join in the fun! This is a well organized event with classes and workshops on general scrapbooking, paper crafting, card making and the new and exciting digital scrapbooking. - Tour documents are issued after final payment and sent approximately 3 weeks prior to departure.
- A minimum number of participants required to operate all escorted programs. Guaranteed departures are based on
meeting the minimum required number of participants. If this number is not met tours are subject to changes and or
cancel. We will do everything in our power to provide the exact itinerary if tour needs to be restructured. - Government fees which may include any and all fees, charges and taxes imposed by U.S. and/or foreign governmental
authorities – including customs fees, head taxes, inspection fees, air taxes, departure taxes, immigration and naturalization
fees and security taxes. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice. - Cancellation Fees: Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs the following fees will apply. If
you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following per person charges.
Prior to final payment deposit is refundable minus a $100.00 per person cancellation fee
After final payment total tour cost is NON REFUNDABLE

CLASSES AND INSTRUCTORS We are excited to team up with the Happiness is Scrapbooking organization and the owner and director Joyce Williams for this special scrapbooking cruise. Joyce has owned and operated her own scrapbook store and online business for many years. She has now retired to concentrate on her family and have some fun such as this event! For over 9 years Joyce and the HIS group has presented educational scrapbookings seminars with ladies from all over the country who come to learn and experience hands on everything there is to learn about Scrapbooking. Joyce is known for all the samples and prizes given to those who attend. Classes will include scrapbooking (the original way), the new and expanding digital scrapbooking, paper crafting and card making. Our presenters are experienced, talented and very creative. The group goal is that our classes will be fun and a worthwhile use of your time. The projects will be amazing but most of all we want you to come and have FUN and make some wonderful new FRIENDS! |

All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alteration in steamship, air or railroad services of the various countries, or by other causes. The right is
reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to make such alterations, in the itineraries as my be found desirable for the convenience
of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour(s). The right is also reserved to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of any party
at any time. All fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the United States Dollar as of November 1, 2003, and in
current tariffs, and are subject to confirmation or adjustments (either way) when payment for the tour is made. The right is also reserved to assess a
currency surcharge on the published tour fare before departure if and when there is a world currency realignment. The airlines concerned are not held
responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by
