Instructions:
1.   Using decorative scissors, cut approximately 1/4" off ONE side of paper strip. Set piece aside for
now.  Taking the larger strip of paper and start to fold it back and forth accordion style, using the scallops
as your guide. So you are folding each side in the "Valley" of the scallops.  Continue this the entire length
of the paper strip.

2.   Once completed, form into circle and match ends so they will fold together correctly so they will make
a circle and the accordion folds line up.

3.   Either staple or using adhesive, glue ends together forming a circle.  This will look like a cone until the
next step is done.

4.  Go to Hot Glue Gun station and being  CAREFUL not to burn fingers, glue the magnet in center of the
circle on the back, pushing slightly to ensure the tops of the folds are adhered to the magnet.

5.  After cooling turn flower over and hot glue CAREFULLY the button to the front of the flower.

6.  Move to PLAID® Folk Art Papier Glitter station, and bring your bottle of Papier Glitter.  Shake bottle
vigorously.  Squeeze the product out on piece of paper, mix with brush and liberally cover the flower with
Glitter.  For more sparkles use more Glitter.  Take flower gently to seat, place aside to let dry.

7.  Take BLUE protective sheeting off your board.

8.  Place rubons where desired.

9.  Using the Terrifically Tacky Tape, in 1/8" size, lay a strip at the top and bottom of board.
Take the 1/4" piece that was cut off in step one and place it over the T.T. Tape.

10.  Set eyelets with setting tools at eyelet station. (optional)

11.  Using the longer length of ribbon, thread it double through both holes for hanging.  Using the smaller
piece, cut in half and tie ribbons around the knots where the hanging part was tied to the board.
